Due to keen Interest in yoga and fitness started practicing yoga from 2014 for keeping myself fit. As Interest developed, did workshop in Art of living organization & with the guru grace, Gurudev Sri-Sri Ravi Shanker blessed me as a Assistant Yoga Instructor in July 2022. Completed Teacher training program of Sri-Sri Yoga & became Assistant yoga instructor. My whole learning is with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shanker ji my Guru, my master. Before joining Art of living I use to follow Yogguru Baba Ramdev, quotes, talks and all my guru's .
