What is this puja This is a solemn and emotional rite, which the pandit ji conducts calmly together with the family. Usual samagri required • Urn with the ashes (asthi kalash) • Gangajal • Kusha grass • Black sesame • White flowers The full samagri list will be finalised after consulting the pandit ji. Auspicious date / muhurat There is no single fixed date; the date will be fixed with the pandit ji according to the family's tradition and convenience.
