The traditional rite of tarpan with water, sesame and kusha in reverence to ancestors, with a pandit ji. Dakshina / Service charge: Starting from ₹2,000 (pandit ji included). The cost of puja samagri may be separate; this will be clearly explained at the time of booking. What is this puja As per tradition, this rite is performed to remember the ancestors. Usual samagri required • Kusha grass • Black sesame and barley • Copper vessel • Gangajal • White flowers The full samagri list will be finalised after consulting the pandit ji. Auspicious date / muhurat Pitru Paksha and Amavasya are customary for tarpan; the correct date and time will be fixed with the pandit ji.
