Usual samagri required • Shivling or picture of Lord Shiva • A symbolic pair of snakes • Raw milk and gangajal • Bel patra and flowers • Black sesame seeds • Havan samagri and samidha • Roli, mauli and akshat The full samagri list will be finalised after consulting the pandit ji. Auspicious date / muhurat Nag Panchami is considered auspicious; for other times, the date and muhurat are fixed with the pandit ji.
