What is this puja The Mahamrityunjaya Mantra is regarded as Lord Shiva's mantra associated with health and long life. Usual samagri required • Shivling or picture of Lord Shiva • Gangajal, milk, curd, honey • Bel patra, dhatura • White flowers • Sandalwood, roli, akshat The full samagri list will be finalised after consulting the pandit ji. Auspicious date / muhurat Mondays, Pradosh and the month of Shravan are customary for Shiva worship; the correct date and muhurat will be fixed with the pandit ji.
