About This Program
The Certificate in Community Medical Services and Essential Drugs (CMS & ED) is a short certificate programme in primary healthcare support. Learners study basic anatomy and physiology, first aid, common ailments, hygiene and community health, and the safe use of essential medicines, with practical training. It is designed for health-support and community-health roles, not as a replacement for a medical degree.
The CMS & ED certificate is awarded by the awarding institution. Our counselling team guides you through course and university selection, documents, application and follow-up. Seat availability and the final fee are confirmed by the counselling team as per the university's norms.
Indicative fee: approx. ₹50,000–₹60,000 for the full course. The actual fee varies by university, category and session.
This is a certificate programme. It is not a medical degree (such as MBBS) and does not by itself entitle the holder to register as a medical practitioner or to practise modern medicine independently. The scope of work is governed by applicable central and state laws.
